- Sole fillets - 10.6 oz
- Rice - ¾ cup
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons

Step 1
Rinse the fish fillet, cut it into small pieces, place it in a skillet, and fry in oil (1–1.5 tablespoons). Then mix with cooked rice, add melted butter, finely chopped parsley or dill, and salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
You can also use boiled fish for the filling, cut it into pieces and mix it with the rice. Optionally, you can add finely chopped sautéed onions to the filling.
