- Halibut - 1.8 oz
- Pancakes - 1 piece

- Salmon - 1.8 oz
- Onion - 0.7 oz
- Rice - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix together the flour, milk, water, fresh yeast, salt, sugar, egg, sour cream, and butter. Form a dough.
Step 2
Cut the halibut into cubes, sauté the onion separately. Combine the fish, onion, and butter.
Step 3
Sauté the white mushrooms with onions.
Step 4
Dice the salmon and sauté the onion. Combine the salmon with the onion and butter.
Step 5
Boil the rice.
Step 6
Take 100 grams of prepared dough, shape it into a patty, and fill it with the following ingredients: halibut, half a pancake, mushrooms, salmon, and boiled rice.
Step 7
Secure the dough, turn it over, and shape it into a half-oval. Decorate with patterns made from dough (30 g).
Step 8
Bake for 35-40 minutes at 170°C with steam (place a tray of water at the bottom of the oven).
