Ingredients
- Cod fillet - 10.6 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Breadcrumbs - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 0.4 oz
- Potato - 1 piece
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
- Scallions - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash and dry the fish. Cut the fillet into small pieces, season with salt and pepper, and mix with the egg. Gradually add enough breadcrumbs to achieve a consistency similar to thick sour cream.
Step 2
Slice the tomato into rounds.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Grease the muffin tins with butter. Distribute the fish mixture into the tins and top with the tomato slices. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Lightly brush the muffins with mayonnaise and return to the oven for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Sprinkle the finished muffins with rings of green onion.
