Description
You can use any kind of fish, even canned. The main thing is to make sure that no bones end up in the pie.
Ingredients
- Sole fillets - 28.2 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Potato - 14.1 oz
- Dill - 5 sprigs
- Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
- Natural Yogurt - 7.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 2.8 oz
- Baking Powder - 0.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the onion into medium-sized cubes.
Step 2
In a skillet, heat the oil and sauté the onion until it becomes translucent.
Step 3
Cut the potatoes into cubes about one centimeter on each side. Finely chop the dill.
Step 4
Cut the fish into large cubes.
Step 5
Mix the fish with the potatoes, dill, and sautéed onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Beat the eggs with 0.5 teaspoon of salt.
Step 7
Add yogurt and sour cream, and mix well.
Step 8
Add the flour and baking powder, and mix until smooth. The batter should not be too thick, similar to the consistency of sour cream.
Step 9
Pour half of the batter into the mold and spread the filling on top.
Step 10
Pour the remaining batter over it and place in an oven preheated to 356°F for 50–60 minutes.
