- Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Onion - 2 heads
- Wheat Flour - 10 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Knead the dough like for pancakes from mayonnaise, kefir, eggs, baking soda, salt, and flour.
Step 2
Pour half of the dough into a baking dish.
Step 3
Layer the filling in 3 layers: 1 - small cubes of raw potatoes; 2 - fish (can be substituted with meat); 3 - onion, sliced into half-rings.
Step 4
Then pour the remaining dough and bake in a preheated oven until cooked and golden brown.
