- Cottage cheese - 8.8 oz
- Grapefruits - 10.6 oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Cinnamon - to taste
- Vanillin - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grind the oats. Mix the ground oats with the egg white and water. Knead the dough.
Step 2
Place it in a baking dish, forming the edges. Bake at 356°F for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, for the filling, blend the cottage cheese with the fruits. Add the egg white, honey, and vanillin. Blend again.
Step 4
Pour the resulting filling onto the base. Return to the oven at 356°F. Bake for another 40–50 minutes.
