- Honey - 1 teaspoon
- Walnuts - to taste

- Strawberries - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the apples on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Mix the cottage cheese and honey.
Step 3
Layer the filling in 2 layers (cottage cheese on the bottom, grated apples on top).
Step 4
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Step 5
Roll up and brush with egg yolk.
Step 6
Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 356°F.
Step 7
Garnish with walnuts, almonds, and strawberries.
