Description
Voila! The cake is ready! However, it's best to wait until it cools to room temperature.
Ingredients
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 17.6 oz
- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Prunes - 4 pieces
- Oat flakes - 5.3 oz
- Dried Apricots - 4 pieces
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Egg white - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the oats in water overnight.
Step 2
Soak the dried apricots and prunes in hot water for about 10 minutes. Blend them in a blender until smooth.
Step 3
Mix the swollen oats, the puree made from dried fruits, and the egg. This will create a fairly pliable mixture. Spread the 'dough' into a mold and smooth it into an even layer.
Step 4
Puree one banana in a blender, and mash the second one with a fork into random pieces.
Step 5
Lightly beat the egg whites.
Step 6
Mix the cottage cheese, bananas, and egg whites, and spread the mixture on top of the dough.
Step 7
Pour water into the baking pan until it reaches halfway up the cheesecake mold, and place it in the preheated oven at 356°F for 40 to 50 minutes.
