Description
This recipe uses ground beef, but you can use another type. The key is to properly adhere it to the lavash so it doesn't fall apart during cooking. It's best to use round lavash, matching the shape of the pan, or trim it. Any vegetables can be used. Be careful with the salt: the cheese is salty.
Ingredients
- Ground meat - 14.1 oz
- Armenian Lavash - 2 pieces
- Potato - 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Spinach - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Grill Meat Spice Blend - to taste
- Cheese Spread - 1.8 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide

Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Season the ground meat with salt.
Step 3
Add spices.
Step 4
Mix well.
Step 5
Spread half of the ground meat on the lavash and distribute it evenly across the surface. Use the remaining ground meat for the second flatbread.

Heat the pan with oil.

Carefully flip the lavash with the ground meat onto the pan.

Place it meat side down and fry for about 5 minutes.

Then flip and cook the other side for 2–3 minutes.

Remove the lavash with the cooked meat onto a plate.

While the lavash is frying, dice the bell pepper.

Also dice the tomato.

In the pan with oil, sauté the vegetables for about 3 minutes.

Add the spinach.

Cook everything together for about 2 minutes.

Place half of the vegetables on the lavash with the meat (on one half). Use the other half of the vegetables for the second flatbread.

Grate the cheese.

Add half of the cheese to the vegetables. Use the remaining cheese for the second flatbread.

Fold the lavash in half, covering the vegetables with cheese.

Put it in the microwave for 1 minute.

When the cheese melts, the dish is ready. Repeat all steps to prepare the second flatbread.
