- Wheat Flour - 8.5 oz
- Honey - 0.5 oz
- Water - 3 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Sesame bun - 0.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet.
Step 2
Beat the egg with honey and salt, add water, and mix until smooth.
Step 3
Sift the flour with baking soda and, while stirring thoroughly, gradually add it to the honey-egg mixture to knead the dough.
Step 4
Divide the dough into 10 pieces and roll out flatbreads.
Step 5
Fry the flatbreads in vegetable oil over high heat. Place the flatbreads on a paper towel.
Step 6
Prepare the sugar syrup, dip the flatbreads in it, and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
