- Flaxseed Porridge - 4 tablespoons
- Banana - 1 piece
- Peach - 1 piece
- Maple syrup - 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla Powdered Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Water - 10 fl oz
- Blueberries - to taste
- Chocolate Chips - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour the flaxseed porridge into a deep bowl, pour hot water over it, and blend for 30 seconds.
Step 2
Add the banana to the bowl. Blend for another 5-10 seconds. Then mix in the maple syrup.
Step 3
Dice the peach. Grate the chocolate into chips.
Step 4
Serve the porridge on a plate, adding the peach and blueberries (preferably chilled). Sprinkle with powdered sugar and chocolate chips.
