Ingredients
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Bananas - 4 pieces
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - 1 tablespoon
- Powdered Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Ground Breadcrumbs - 3.5 oz
- Dessert Yogurt - 6.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take one egg and separate the white from the yolk. Whisk the yolk in a blender with powdered sugar, softened butter, and cinnamon.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mash the peeled bananas, dessert yogurt (I used chocolate), and the juice of half a lime. Blend everything into a puree.
Step 3
Whisk the egg whites separately.
Step 4
Combine everything together, add the breadcrumbs, and blend again.
Step 5
The oven should already be preheated to 356°F. Grease a baking dish with butter and pour the mixture into it. Bake for 30 minutes.
Step 6
As it cooks, I drizzled the cake with honey.
