- 1% Kefir - 2 fl oz
- Instant Oatmeal - 3 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
- Sugar Substitute - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Egg white - 3 pieces
- Milk - 1 cup
- Corn Starch - 1½ tablespoons

Pour kefir over the oats and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
Step 2
Add the egg, baking powder, and sugar substitute to this mixture. (If you want savory pancakes, add your favorite spices or herbs).

Mix everything and fry in a hot skillet. Grease the pan with oil only before the first batch. This amount yields about 5 small pancakes.

For the custard: pour half of the milk and the sugar substitute into a saucepan and start heating slowly.

Mix the remaining milk, yolks, and cornstarch, gradually adding the warmed milk. Stir well, pour into the saucepan, and heat on low until thickened. Do not boil; it is important to stir constantly.
