Description

- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Baking Powder - 0.2 oz
- Vanilla pudding mix - 3 pieces
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Colored sugar pens - 1 piece
- Golden pearls - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
To prepare the dough, mix the flour, baking powder, pudding mix, and sugar in a bowl. Add the butter or margarine, egg, and knead well.
Step 2
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to a thickness of about 4 mm. Use a cookie cutter to cut out flower shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in a preheated oven and bake (electric oven — 180°C; convection oven — 160°C; gas oven — medium heat; baking time — about 10 minutes).
Step 3
Let the finished flowers cool, then glue them in pairs with jam.
Step 4
Use colored sugar pens and pearls to decorate the cookies to your liking.
