- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
- Semolina - 4 tablespoons
- Sugar - to taste
- Wheat Flour - ¼ cup
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the cottage cheese in a bowl or pot.
Step 2
Add the chicken eggs to the cottage cheese and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Add the semolina. Depending on the moisture of the cottage cheese, use 3 or 4 tablespoons.
Step 4
Add sugar to taste.
Step 5
Mix everything thoroughly and mash any large lumps of cottage cheese with a fork or spoon. The mixture should be light and finely textured.

You can add pieces of fruit.

For those on a diet, semolina can be replaced with oat bran; it will be just as tasty but less caloric, and oat bran is very healthy in any form.

Pour flour onto a plate.

Shape the resulting cottage cheese mixture into pieces of your desired shape and size (10–15 mm thick) and coat them in flour (the flour will give a golden hue and a pleasant crust).

Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the prepared pieces until golden brown.
