- Cottage cheese - 14.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Salt - a pinch
- Wheat Flour - 2.1 oz
- Vanilla salt - 0.5 oz
- Sugar - 1.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Sour Cream - to taste
- Powdered Sugar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.

Squeeze excess moisture from the cottage cheese using cheesecloth.
Step 3
Add an egg to the cottage cheese.
Step 4
Blend until smooth.
Step 5
Add 10 grams of flour and mix until smooth.
Step 6
Add both types of sugar and salt, and mix again.
Step 7
Shape the cheese pancakes on a floured surface.
Step 8
In a skillet, heat vegetable oil and place the cheese pancakes in the pan, frying over medium heat until golden brown.
Step 9
Flip the syrniki, reduce the heat, cover with a lid, and cook for another 10–12 minutes.
Step 10
Serve the fluffy cheese pancakes with sour cream, optionally dusted with powdered sugar.
