Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 14.1 oz
- Glutinous Rice Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Potato protein - 1 tablespoon
- Powdered Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - a pinch
- Vanilla salt - a pinch
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Lightly beat the eggs with powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar, then add the strained cottage cheese.
Step 2
Thoroughly mix together and add a tablespoon of flour and starch, mix again, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow all components to blend well. You can also leave it in the fridge overnight.
Step 3
Remove the mixture and pour rice flour onto a plate. Divide the cheese dough into approximately equal portions (from 2 packages, you should get 8–10 pieces), roll them in flour, and shape into balls.
Step 4
Heat a skillet with a piece of clarified butter, and at the same time, preheat the oven to 410°F. Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper. Begin frying once everything is ready. Fry 4-5 pieces at a time on each side for 2 minutes over medium heat.
Step 5
Transfer everything to a baking sheet and place in a convection oven for 10 minutes.
