You can use corn flour.
Ingredients
- Desiccated coconut - 3.5 oz
- Egg white - 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 5 tablespoons
- Powdered Sugar - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whip the egg whites with powdered sugar.
Step 2
Add the flour and shredded coconut, and whip everything well again (the dough should be thick in consistency; if not, feel free to add more flour or coconut).
Step 3
Place foil on a baking sheet and drop the dough in small circles onto it.
Step 4
Send to the oven for 15–20 minutes at a temperature of 302°F.
Step 5
Optionally, you can melt chocolate and drizzle it on top.
