Description

If you want a fluffy casserole, you should use 800–1000 g of cottage cheese. Grease the baking dish with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs before baking. You can substitute apples with raisins or any other fruits.

  • Semolina - ½ cup
  • Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
  • 20% Sour Cream - 5 tablespoons
  • Milk - ½ cup
  • Vanillin - a pinch
  • Apple - 4 pieces
  • Sugar - 0.7 cups
  • Salt - ½ teaspoon
  • Cottage cheese - 2 lbs

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Heat the milk, pour in the semolina, and stir to avoid lumps.

Step 2

Beat the eggs with sugar.

Step 3

Add salt, semolina, sour cream, and the beaten eggs with sugar to the cottage cheese.

Step 4

Peel the apples, cut them into pieces, and add them to the batter.

Step 5

Pour into the baking dish, smooth the top, and brush with egg yolk.

Step 6

Bake in a preheated oven for 50–60 minutes at 356°F.

Step 7

Cool down and serve with berries, jam, honey, or sour cream.
