- Semi-soft cream cheese - 10.6 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Vanillin - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, place the cottage cheese, pour in the milk, add sugar, vanillin, and 2 egg yolks. Whip everything with a mixer — this will make the casserole very tender and fluffy, and the mixture will have a consistency similar to sour cream.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites, pour them into the mixture, and whip again.
Step 3
You can add raisins, nuts, or berries — whatever you like.
Step 4
Grease the molds with butter, pour in the prepared mixture.
Step 5
Place in a preheated oven at 180–392°F for 35 minutes. If necessary, add more time. Once a golden crust forms, remove it from the oven.
Step 6
Wait for it to cool. Then you can confidently serve it on the table, garnished with berries or jam.
