Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 8.8 oz
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 5 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
To prepare the dough, I pour sugar into a bowl, crack in the eggs, and beat them with a mixer until a thick, homogeneous mass forms.
Step 2
Next, I add the cottage cheese and mix it in as well.
Step 3
Then, I add the flour and mix everything thoroughly with the mixer. The dough with cottage cheese and flour should be soft but not liquid or too stiff.
Step 4
From the resulting dough, I start shaping the pancakes.
Step 5
I sprinkle a little flour on the cutting board. Then, using a tablespoon dipped in water, I take some of the cottage cheese dough and place the formed ball on the board. I do the same with the remaining dough.
Step 6
Once all the dough balls are placed, I lightly sprinkle them with flour.
Step 7
I heat a frying pan over the stove and pour in sunflower oil. When the pan is well heated, I place the pancakes in it.
Step 8
I fry the pancakes on both sides, occasionally flipping them for about 5 minutes on low heat.
