Description

Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Milk - 17 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 12.3 oz
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
- Raisins - 1 tablespoon
- Sparkling water - to taste
- Butter - 1.1 oz
- Powdered Sugar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whisk the milk, yolks, sugar, and salt together. Add the flour, raisins (if desired), and a little sparkling water. Mix well. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the batter.
Step 2
Heat the butter or margarine in a skillet, pour the batter into the skillet, and let it brown. Then, use a wooden spoon to break it into pieces, flip them over, and break them apart again. Cook until done, flipping carefully.
Step 3
Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
