Mix the kefir with salt and sugar, then add baking soda and flour (about 100 g of flour, but this may vary depending on the thickness of the kefir and the quality of the flour).

Step 2

Quickly mix the batter to avoid lumps. You can use a mixer, whisk, or fork. Add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil to the batter. The batter should have the consistency of very thick sour cream.

Step 3

Heat a skillet, add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil to the batter, and mix quickly. Drop small pancakes onto the greased hot skillet. Do not spread the pancakes.

Step 4

Cook on low heat, covered. Serve hot.
