- Egg white - 7 pieces
- Albumin - 1.8 oz
- Toasted Sesame - to taste

Pour the egg whites into a deep bowl.

Whip with a mixer until peaks form.

Measure the required amount of albumin using a scale.

Add the powder to the egg whites.

Mix well.

Shape the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
