  • Sugar - 10.6 oz

  • Citrus Zest Mix - 0.4 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
  • Sour Cream - 5.3 oz
  • Baking Powder - 2 teaspoons
  • Powdered Sugar - 1.8 oz
  • Salt - a pinch

Soften the butter to room temperature and place it in a bowl.

Beat 175 grams of butter with sugar using a mixer until fluffy.

Lightly beat the eggs in a separate bowl and gradually add them to the butter mixture, mixing well after each addition.

Grate the lemon zest finely.

Add the lemon zest to the batter and mix well.

Add 1/3 of the flour to the butter mixture, mix, then add 1/3 of the sour cream and mix again.

Add the baking powder and a pinch of salt to the remaining flour. Pour this mixture into the main batter, mix, and add the remaining sour cream.

Knead until a homogeneous batter forms.
