  • Chicken Egg - 6 pieces
  • Sugar - 3.5 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 2.1 oz
  • Walnuts - 3.5 oz
  • Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Whip the egg whites separately at high speed until thick foam forms, leaving a trail from the mixer beaters.

Step 2

Beat the yolks with sugar until white.

Step 3

Grind the nuts to a flour-like consistency. Optionally, leave some nuts whole or chop them into pieces.

Step 4

Combine the nuts with the yolks, then add the baking powder and flour.

Step 5

Gradually mix the yolk mixture with the egg white mixture using the mixer.

Step 6

Grease the baking pan with oil. Bake at 356°F for about 40 minutes until ready.

Step 7

Leave in the pan to cool.
