Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
  • Sugar - 2.8 oz
  • Dry yeast - 0.4 oz
  • Citrus Zest Mix - ½ teaspoon
  • Milk - 7 fl oz
  • Margarine - 3.5 oz
  • Cottage cheese - 8.8 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
  • Pudding - 2 tablespoons
  • Poppy seed paste - 3.5 oz
  • Hazelnut - 3.5 oz
  • Raisins - 3.5 oz
  • Pistachios - 1.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix flour, yeast, sugar, lemon zest, and salt.

Step 2

Warm the milk, add the margarine, and stir until melted. Add all the previously mixed dry ingredients and the egg. Knead the dough until it starts to pull away from the bottom of the pot. Place it in a warm place for 20 minutes.

Step 3

Mash the cottage cheese with the egg and vanilla pudding mixture. Add the poppy seeds, raisins, and hazelnuts. On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle, place the filling, leaving the edges free. Roll it up and cut into slices about 2 cm wide. Place on the cut side in a springform pan and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Bake the pie for 1 hour at 347°F. Leave in the pan for 5 minutes, then remove and cool.

Step 5

Decorate the finished pie with pistachios.
