Ingredients

  • Yubileynoye Cookies - 8.8 oz
  • Butter - 4.6 oz
  • Brown Sugar - 8.8 oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 22.9 oz
  • 10% cream - 3 fl oz
  • 20% Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 6 pieces
  • Red Currant - to taste
  • Strawberry - to taste
  • Sweet Cream Butter - 10 fl oz
  • Strawberry - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a blender, crush the cookies to a powdery state, combine with melted butter, mix thoroughly, and spread evenly in a baking dish, baking until golden brown in a preheated oven at 356°F, then let cool.

Step 2

For the cream, combine all ingredients and beat with a mixer until creamy.

Step 3

Pour the cream evenly over the prepared cake base in the baking dish, wrap the dish in foil, and bake in a water bath in the oven at 356°F for 1.5 hours.

Step 4

After baking the cake, place it in the refrigerator for 12 hours.

Step 5

Remove the cake from the mold, spread with whipped cream, and cut into portions.

Step 6

Decorate as shown in the photo.
