- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Dry yeast - 1 teaspoon
- Butter - 2.5 oz
- Garlic - 9 cloves
- Herbs - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Smile and let's start making the dough. For this, mix the milk, flour, vegetable oil, salt, sugar, and dry yeast. Cover the resulting dough with a towel and leave it in a warm place. It will be grateful and will double in size.
Step 2
Divide the airy dough into about 15–18 pieces (approximately 50 grams each). Cover with a towel again and let it rest for another half hour so that our pieces can 'rise' a bit.
Step 3
Meanwhile, blend the softened butter, herbs, and garlic in a blender; if you don't have one, grate the garlic and mix everything by hand. The filling is ready.
Step 4
Make a small indentation in the center of each roll and fill it with the filling.
Step 5
Brush our fluffy beauties with beaten egg yolk.
Step 6
Bake for 15–20 minutes at 356°F.
