Description
The pies turn out golden brown! Their small size allows you to pop them right into your mouth :)
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Sugar - 1½ teaspoons
- White Cabbage - 21.2 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2 cups
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Knead a stiff dough from the listed ingredients. First, mix the egg, butter, and sour cream, then gradually add the flour until the dough has a consistency similar to dumpling dough. I've indicated the amount in cups, but you should adjust as needed!
Step 2
Place in the freezer/refrigerator for a few hours.
Step 3
Filling: finely chop the cabbage, pour boiling water over it, and drain in a colander.
Step 4
Add 2 chopped boiled eggs and butter to taste to the filling — you can use either butter or vegetable oil.
Step 5
Roll out the dough, cut out circles with a glass, and make the pies!
Step 6
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
