- 70% Dark Chocolate - 7.1 oz
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Whole egg - 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 2.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Powdered Sugar - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Break the chocolate into pieces, chop the butter, and place them in a bowl.
Step 2
Melt the chocolate with the butter in a double boiler, stirring thoroughly.
Step 3
Beat the eggs with the yolks and sugar until frothy (2 whole eggs, 3 yolks).
Step 4
Mix the eggs and chocolate, then add the flour and salt. Stir until smooth.
Step 5
Pour the batter into greased molds and bake in a preheated oven at 392°F for 7–10 minutes.
Step 6
The edges of the pastry should be cooked through while the filling remains liquid. It's best to serve the cake while it's still warm, lightly dusted with powdered sugar.
