- Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
- Butter - 8.8 oz
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Vanilla salt - 0.4 oz
- Baking Powder - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance, cut it into small pieces, and mix it with the sugar.
Step 2
Add the two eggs and the packet of vanilla sugar one at a time. Mix well.
Step 3
Add 1 packet of baking powder.
Step 4
Gradually add the flour, stirring the dough.
Step 5
Form the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Step 6
Roll out the dough to a thickness of no more than 0.5 cm and use cookie cutters to create shaped cookies.
Step 7
Bake in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes at 320°F.
