Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Milk - 2 cups
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Vanillin - ½ teaspoon
- Butter - 6.2 oz
- Oranges - 2 pieces
- Cognac - 3 teaspoons
- Curacao - 6 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and one tablespoon of sugar. Add the eggs and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Step 2
Add the vanillin and two tablespoons of melted butter, then pour in the milk. Mix well and let it sit for 2 hours.
Step 3
Cook the crepes on both sides in a well-heated, buttered skillet.
Step 4
Heat the sugar, add the juice and zest of the oranges, butter, and half of the specified portions of cognac and curacao. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until a homogeneous caramel is obtained.
Step 5
Spread caramel on each crepe, roll them up, and place them on a plate. Top with the remaining caramel.
Step 6
Mix the remaining cognac and curacao, heat it, pour over the crepes, and ignite before serving.
