Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 4.4 oz
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Powdered Sugar - 1.4 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Cream - 3 fl oz
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Apple - 10.6 oz
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Raisins - 5.3 oz
- Calvados - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sift the flour and combine it with the sugar. While whisking, add the eggs, cream, and milk. Mix thoroughly. The batter should be liquid.
Step 2
Place the butter in a saucepan. Add the apple slices, raisins, lemon juice, zest, and Calvados. Cook for 5 – 7 minutes until the apples are soft.
Step 3
Melt a little butter in the crepe pan. Spoon the batter into the pan, spreading it around the entire circumference.
Step 4
Cook for 2 minutes on one side, then flip the pan and cook for another minute.
Step 5
Place the apple filling in each crepe, roll it up, and sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
