Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Cheese Spread - to taste
- Marinated cherries - 5 pieces
- Pickled Chanterelles - 4 pieces
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash and slice the mushrooms and tomatoes. Place them in a frying pan to sauté.
Step 2
Meanwhile, mix the eggs with the milk and whisk lightly. Add salt.
Step 3
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 4
As soon as the mushrooms and tomatoes start to brown, pour in the omelette mixture.
Step 5
Sprinkle cheese on top.
