Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Sour Cream - 5 tablespoons
- Onion - ½ kg
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Cheese Spread - 5.3 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Knead the dough by mixing the flour with 50 g of butter and 3 tablespoons of sour cream. The dough should be firm and not stick to your hands. If necessary, you can increase the amount of flour.
Step 2
Grease the baking dish with butter, place the dough in it, fold the edges, and put it in the refrigerator for about half an hour.
Step 3
Salt the onions and sauté until transparent (it is important that all the juice evaporates, otherwise the moist filling will soften the dough base). Let the onions cool.
Step 4
Beat 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, a pinch of salt, and pepper. Grate the cheese.
Step 5
Remove the baking dish with the dough from the refrigerator, add the cooled onions, pour the beaten mixture over it, and sprinkle with cheese.
Step 6
Bake in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 180–392°F.
