Description
In the photo, the cake is made from 2 servings!
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 6.3 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Butter - 8.8 oz
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- 20% Sour Cream - 8.5 oz
- Prunes - 5.3 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Chopped almonds - 4.2 oz
- Brandy - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whip the egg whites, separated from the yolks, with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Add sugar, honey, baking soda, and softened butter, and continue whipping. Gradually add sifted flour and mix the batter with a spatula.
Step 2
Divide the batter into 3–4 parts. Place one part of the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper and spread it evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10–15 minutes. Repeat this process for all layers.
Step 3
To prepare the cream, whip the softened butter with the egg yolks and powdered sugar. Gradually add sour cream and alcohol (whiskey, rum, or brandy).
Step 4
Chop the soaked prunes. Spread cream thickly on one layer, sprinkle with prunes and walnuts, cover with a second layer, and assemble the cake this way. Top with prunes and walnuts.
