  • French Baguette - 1 piece
  • Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
  • Milk - 2 fl oz
  • Sugar - 2.1 oz
  • Apple - 3 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Heat a saucepan, skillet, or pot and add the sugar; it will start to melt and turn into caramel.

Step 2

Add a piece of butter and toss in the apples, mixing well.

Step 3

Add 30 ml of cold water and let it stew.

Step 4

While the apples are stewing, in a bowl, mix 3 eggs, 75 ml of milk, and a teaspoon of cinnamon.

Step 5

Heat a skillet, add oil, and fry the bread coated in the egg mixture.

Step 6

Place the French toast on a plate, top with the apples, and drizzle with the caramel from the apples.

Step 7

For those with a sweet tooth, you can sprinkle everything with powdered sugar.
