Ingredients

  • Strawberry - 10.6 oz
  • Fresh Berries - 8.8 oz
  • Raspberry leaves - 7.9 oz
  • Sugar - 4 tablespoons
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 teaspoons
  • Cream (40%) - ½ cup
  • Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 4.2 oz
  • Ground Cinnamon - a pinch
  • Meringue - 4 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a bowl, mix the quartered strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and lemon juice. Let sit for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Transfer the mascarpone to a bowl and lightly whip it. In another bowl, whip the cream with the remaining sugar and a pinch of cinnamon. Gradually fold the cream into the mascarpone, mixing gently.

Step 3

Using a slotted spoon, distribute the berries into dessert cups. Top with the mascarpone and sprinkle with crushed meringues. Drizzle the berry juice around and serve.
