Ingredients
- Water - 12 fl oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Cinnamon - 1 piece
- Rose water - 0 fl oz
- Merlot Grapes - 11.3 oz
- Oranges - 4 pieces
- Strawberry - 10.6 oz
- Pear - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a small saucepan, combine water and sugar and place over low heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Add the cinnamon stick, slightly increase the heat, and cook until the syrup thickens slightly and reduces to 240 ml, about 10 minutes. Add the rose water and let it cool.
Step 2
Using a sharp knife, peel the oranges, removing the white pith. Carefully cut out the segments over a bowl. Add the halved grapes, halved strawberries, and diced pear. Drizzle with syrup and mix well.
Step 3
Divide the fruits among 6 dessert bowls and drizzle with syrup.
