Ingredients
- Milk - 16 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 16.9 oz
- Dry yeast - 2½ teaspoons
- Salt - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 2.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the yeast with warm milk, stir well, and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add salt, sugar, and softened butter to the yeast. Then add flour to form a soft dough and knead for a few minutes.
Step 3
Grease a bread pan with oil and place the dough in it. Cover with a towel and let it rise until doubled in size.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 5
Place the dough in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown on top. Remove from the pan and cool.
