Description
You will need 2 clusters of acacia flowers.

- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Milk - 7 fl oz
- Light Beer - 5 fl oz
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Vanillin - to taste
- Rum - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 2 cups
- Powdered Sugar - to taste
- Acacia Honey - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients (except for the flowers, oil, and powdered sugar) in a large bowl until you have a liquid batter, then let it sit for 30–60 minutes.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a deep pot. Dip the acacia flowers in the batter, then into the pot with oil, and fry until golden brown like regular pancakes.
Step 3
Remove the flowers to a plate, let them cool for about 20 minutes, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
