Description
A recipe by Laura Johnson from the book 'Homestyle Cooking.' The book features generously flavorful dishes that don't require overly complicated culinary techniques: pâtés, meatballs, where herbs play as significant a role as the meat, chicken hearts in sour cream, stuffed peppers, scrambled eggs with zucchini, rabbit stew, and other cozy dishes. Here’s what Laura says about the recipe: 'In my opinion, this is a very family-friendly recipe. You can cook it with your little kids or even with your grandchildren. The main thing is to resist the temptation to eat it all right off the stove. The apple slices are delicious even when cold, so you can prepare them, take them on the go, or enjoy them at a picnic.'
Ingredients
- Milk - ½ glasses
- Apple - 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.

Whip the egg whites with sugar until frothy.
Step 3
In another bowl, combine the egg yolks, flour, milk, and cinnamon. Mix well.
Step 4
Combine the contents of the bowl with the whipped egg whites.
