- Bananas - 6 pieces
- Raw cane sugar - 1.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Mineral water - 13 fl oz
- Peanut Butter - 17 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the flour with the sugar, and lightly beat the egg. Add the sparkling mineral water and the beaten egg to the sugar and flour mixture, and whisk until it becomes a smooth batter.
Step 2
In a wok, heat peanut oil until it reaches a boiling point. Peel the bananas and cut them into small pieces. Dip the banana pieces in liquid batter and fry them in the hot oil until golden and crispy. Drain on a paper towel and serve, for example, with banana ice cream.
