Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat the butter over medium heat until it turns brown. Mix the flour, powdered sugar, salt, and eggs, gradually adding the butter and milk. Let the dough rest for 1 hour.
Step 2
Heat the frying fat. Using a pastry syringe, squeeze spirals about 10 cm in diameter into the boiling oil, frying them for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Step 3
Place the cookies on a paper towel and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
