Description

- Wheat Flour - 1.8 oz
- Eggplants - 26.5 oz

Step 1
Peel the eggplants and cut them into strips. Place them in a colander, sprinkle with salt, and let them sit for an hour. Then rinse and dry.
Step 2
Pour the flour onto a flat plate, coat the strips in flour, and shake off the excess.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a large skillet, add the strips in batches, and fry until they are golden and crispy. Drain the excess oil and do not let the eggplants cool while you finish frying the rest. Season with salt and serve. This side dish pairs perfectly with meat.
