Step by Step guide

Prepare the ajvar: roast the bell peppers and eggplant. Let them cool and chop into small cubes. Place them in a saucepan, add a little olive oil, lemon juice, smoked paprika, sweet paprika, green onions, sugar, pepper, and salt. Cook over low heat for 40 minutes.
Step 2
Fry the eggs in a mixture of olive oil and butter over low heat, so that the whites become beautifully tender. Do not salt the yolk at all, as it will turn white instantly. Only salt the whites.
