Fried Eggs with Sulguni Cheese
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Suluguni Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Potato - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 1½ tablespoons
- Ham - 0.9 oz
- Dill - 1 sprig
- Sumac - ½ teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the tomato and cheese.
Step 2
Slice the ham into thin slices.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a skillet and add a pinch of salt.
Step 4
Add the ham and tomatoes.
Step 5
After 2–3 minutes, stir and crack the eggs into the skillet. Reduce the heat.
Step 6
After a minute, stir and sprinkle with cheese.
Step 7
Add sumac.
Step 8
Add a little salt and remove from heat.
Step 9
Stir and transfer to a plate.
Step 10
Garnish with herbs and serve.
