Description
Any melting cheese will work for this dish: mozzarella, gouda, sulguni, or cheddar.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
- Milk - 1 fl oz
- Butter - 0.5 oz
- Potato - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 2 spoons
- Cheese Spread - 7.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the flour with milk, melted butter, and a pinch of salt. Knead the dough.
Step 2
Shape into a ball, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for an hour.
Step 3
Boil the potatoes, mash them, and mix with mayonnaise.
Step 4
Roll out the dough, sprinkle half of the grated cheese, add the potatoes, and top with the remaining cheese.
Step 5
Seal the edges of the dough round and slightly roll it out.
Step 6
Grease the skillet with butter and fry the flatbread over medium heat for about 7 minutes.
Step 7
Brush the top of the flatbread with melted butter, flip it over, and cook for another 7 minutes.
