- Wheat Flour - 3.9 oz
- Chinese Five Spice - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Panko breadcrumbs - 11.8 oz
- Pineapple - 2 pieces
- Beans - 1 piece
- Apple - 1 piece
- Vanilla Ice Cream - to taste
- Fresh Mint - 2 sprigs
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the flour, spices, sugar, and salt.
Step 2
Take 1 tablespoon of the resulting mixture and pour it into one bowl, in another pour lightly beaten egg, and in the third, the breadcrumbs. Cut the fruits and coat them first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
Step 3
Pour oil into a wok to one-third full and heat to 356°F. Fry the fruits in batches until golden brown, placing them on paper towels.
Step 4
Divide the fruits into 2 bowls and top each with a scoop of ice cream. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
